Book a group ticket

A group consists of at least 15 people. One leader travels free of charge. A discount of 10% usually applies.

The price will vary depending on several factors:

• Do you wish to travel on a day when other traffic is already planned?
• Is it enough to book a reserved carriage in a ordinary train, or do you wish to reserve an entire train for yourself?
• Do you want a steam locomotive to pull the train, or is a diesel locomotive satisfactory?

Note that on days with events/special timetables we generally don’t accept requests for entire trains. The timetable becomes too complicated and we may have trouble finding enough staff in order to operate an extra train.
